Our Philosophy at Healthy Steps Organic Nursery is to provide the highest quality of care. We aim to care for children in a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment where there is a balance between adult-led and child-led activities, allowing children to be leaders in their own play. We accommodate and embrace difference and diversity and our goal is to promote the physical, social, emotional, health and cognitive development of each child.

We are committed to supporting our employees in their own professional development and encourage them to be leaders in Early Education and Childcare. Therefore, we believe that our highly qualified staff each have the knowledge and skills to nourish and bring out the best in every individual child, allowing them to have the natural capacity to develop and grow. Furthermore, we will work in partnership with parents ensuring they feel valued and listened to by taking their views and suggestions into consideration at all times.
